I almost didn’t book the photos.

At the time, our life was heavy, complicated, and full of things that don’t exactly make you think, “Yes, let’s book a photo shoot.” But at the last minute, I realized I’d rather have the photos, even if I never looked at them, than live with the regret of not capturing that moment in time.
